What Can I Do with a Lot of Poor-Quality Apples? — Good Questions

Q: I am a school teacher and my district has recently implemented Breakfast in the Classroom (BIC). Though I love the idea behind this movement, more often than not I am stuck with a ton of leftover milk and fruit, especially red apples that even I can't bear to eat due to their poor quality and flavor.
