Oven-Baked Frito Pie. Super easy hearty dish to make. I served the sour cream on the side and mixed it in after, and we used extra Fritos to scoop it up. I would maybe add some hot peppers of some sort next time, but really great and easy weeknight meal. February 26, 2015 at 08:06PM
