Bakery Style Strawberry Muffins - these were AMAZING! I used only 1 1/4- 1 1/2 cups of strawberries so the muffin didn't get too soggy from the juices. I also baked at 350 degrees instead of 375 because my pans are a dark no -stick pan. I made 8 muffins( 1/3 cup batter in each) and baked for 20-25 min. A definite February 28, 2015 at 05:50AM
