Q: I've been invited to a bridal shower where we are asked to contribute recipes to the new bride and groom. They are requesting lactose-free recipes that are free of nuts, soy, and sesame. I'd like to submit a recipe I can also bring to the shower, so it has to be portable. Any suggestions?
