Schwarties Hash Browns by Best of Bridge… I have made this cheesy potato casserole for many years, since I first found it in the Best of Bridge Canadian series of cookbooks. It is one of my all-time favorites. It is quick to mix up, freezes well, and is great for a buffet…(I often serve it with ham). The left-overs are good.
