Samosa Pie. Not bad. Actually I could have used more spice or flavor. Granted I left out cilantro (not a fan) and I substituted chicken stock for the water. Kinda bland but good with hot sauce. Also I used pie crust instead of puff pastry and it worked out ok, but puff pastry would probably be preferred. Easy dish! January 02, 2015 at 12:28AM
