Nutella cookies! Only four ingredients, and super easy to make. I was a bit low on Nutella, so I added about 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Also the batter was crumbly, so I added a tablespoon of water and just used my hands to mix. I then rolled them in regular sugar (to add crunch to the crust) and pressed them down with a buttered glass bottom. Ended up great. Rich and chewy chocolate peanut butter treat.
